Student M. Parameswary from Ipoh beat fifteen others to win Miss Kamdar Saree Queen in Ipoh. She won RM300 in cash, a saree value RM200, a punjabi fit value RM100, a trophy, sash as well as crown. Second place was won by C. Darshiny who won RM200 in cash, a saree as well as a punjabi fit value RM100 as well as RM50 respectively. Third place was won by N. Jayanthi who won RM100, an RM50 saree as well as a punjabi fit value RM30. All alternative contestants received RM50 voucher from Kamdar. About 1000 people attended a eventuality which was held at Anglican church in Buntong. All a 3 winners went on to represent Perak at The Miss Malaysia Saree Queen 1992 in Kuala Lumpur on November 6, 1992.happy browsing!
