The new Miss Uruguay 2011 is Fernanda Semino of Montevideo. She won the title last night during a gala event at the Conrad in the ultra-chic resort city of Punta del Este, Uruguay. Also crowned at the event was Miss World Uruguay 2011, Beln Sogliano. Runners-up were Diana Banchero, Paola Balbi, and Paula De Miquelerana.
