Miss Provence Barbara Morel is the first Miss Nationale. She won the pretension tonight during the Salle Wagram in Paris, during the celebration event. The contentious doyenne of decorum, 78-year-old Genevieve de Fontenay, set up Miss Nationale in the moral crusade against stream Miss France owners, the being TV company, that Mme de Fontenay accuses of cheapening the contest.
