Elmira Gimadeeva, 19, is the brand new Miss Krasnoyarsk 2010. She won the pretension on Saturday during the beauty contest in the Siberian city of Krasnoyarsk, Russia. Sixteen women took partial in the competition, which is the informal theatre of Miss Russia.
