Miss International 2010 is Miss Venezuela Elizabeth Mosquera. She won the coveted title just hours ago. First runner-up in the 50th annual edition of Miss International 2010 was Miss Thailand Piyaporn Deejing. Second runner-up was Miss China Yuan Siy.
Thailand looks like a goof. Venezuela isn't aesthetically appealing. China won because it is the host country. Very lame.
